Smoking & Aging
Without beating around the bush, let me tell you that smoking kills, either quickly or slowly. It is the worst
"serial killer" on earth. The worst is that it not only kills the smokers but also those surrounding (second hand
smoke) them. In fact, "especially in the form of cigarettes, smoking is the only legal product that kills when used
as intended by the manufacturer.” There is no safe precaution to take; important is to stop smoking.
Tobacco contains about 4000 toxic substances. The combustion of these substances makes sick young and old, rich and
poor, black and white. In fact, tobacco is the number one carcinogen on earth; the number one cause of lung cancer.
In addition to pulmonary health, smoking is also harmful to the heart and arteries, including those that supply
blood and oxygen to the brain. It contributes significantly to premature aging and degeneration of the whole
organism. In other words, stop or not smoking is the best steps to take in your anti aging treatment.
Even if
you're not a smoker you can be a victim of cigarette smoke if you are constantly around people who smoke.
Therefore, it is important to not attend regularly smoky places.
