Tips for Beautiful Skin

Almost more than all other organs, the skin is constantly attacked by bad weather and environmental influences. That's why it must be daily cared and protected carefully. Although each type of skin is in need of individual care, in general, these steps can help you have a young and beautiful skin:

  • Water is essential for healthy and fresh skin. The functions of the skin are more effective with adequate fluid intake (at least 2 liters a day), especially during the months of extreme weather. Carrot and lemon juice is very helpful.  In addition to natural skin care, vitamin A in carrot is also essential for good vision.
  • Throughout the year, in conjunction with a healthy diet, exercising and adequate sleep (about 7 hours per night) are the two conditions necessary for healthy and fresh skin. In fact, taking a nap every day in the afternoon may give you the skin of a child.
  • Use a skin moisturizer to help your skin maintain balance in natural moisture. Particularly sun-exposed areas of the skin should be treated with products particularly rich in lipids . However, the application of moisturizer does not replace proper nutrition that your skin needs. It is therefore recommended to intake food supplements capable of making the external layers of the skin softer and more pliable.
  • Elasticity and resistance of the skin can be maintained substantially by increasing your intake of vitamins B and C. In addition, you can take amino acid (L-arginine and L-glutamine for isntance) skin care as an anti aging skin treatment; they promote metabolic function and ensure an optimal cutaneous health and promote a healthy function of connective tissue. Omega-3 supplements should not be neglected in your diet.
