Health And Aging
There is no doubt that to delay or reverse the possible diseases and limitations linked to aging, one must live a
healthy lifestyle. This means not only eat healthy, but also
exercise, reduce stress, avoid smoking, and keep a normal weight. A good family relationship is also important in
any anti aging program.
According to a survey by the National Geographic on three groups of people who live a very active and healthy
retirement - the
Japanese of Okinawa Island, the Italians from Sardinia and a group of American members of the 7th Day
Adventist Church - showed that the following factors played a role in these three groups:

do not smoke

They
focus on family

They
are being active every day

They
are engaged in society or community service

They
eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
In
general, the following are some steps widely supported by scientists that you can take to not only age well but
also reduce the signs and diseases related to aging:
