Love is good for health; a good company is a therapy. Human was not created to live alone. Even before civilization humankind needed companionship. The Bible tells us the story of Adam who felt sad because he did not have a being like him in Eden garden. He became happy after the arrival of Eve in his life. A compliment, a smile or a gesture of love from another person contributes to health and the reduction of premature aging or aging-related diseases.  

Social ties are also important against aging; they can add years to your life. Being involved in your community or having a project to help others make life worth living. Those steps only can increase the number of years. It is shown in many studies that elderly people who engage in community service in order to help others live healthier and longer. To live and stay young, although drugs and undergoing plastic surgeries can be useful, for most people lifestyle change may need to improve or change.  

Regularly share enjoyable activities with your family members, friends, and colleagues. If you have grand children, play with them; such moments can be more effective than any anti aging treatment. If you feel lonely or depressed, do not hesitate to talk to your doctor or a psychologist. You can go on social network to make friends (be careful, however, with strangers you meet online). In addition, you can volunteer in a hospital or any center that needs the support of others.
